Experienced Machine Operators Wanted!

HRCheck is seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators for immediate starts in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

These positions offer full-time hours in a labour hire capacity. We currently have vacancies across Day & Afternoon Shifts (no rotating shifts offered).

About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you will join a dynamic production team, taking responsibility for the operation of automated machinery.

This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in creating high-quality finished products. On-the-job training ensures you excel by covering the basics thoroughly and at a steady pace.

Key Responsibilities

With opportunities available across various machines and departments, some roles involve more physical/manual labour, while others focus on following more detailed processes. Regardless of the position, all roles require strong attention to detail, reliability and a commitment to full-time hours.

Typical duties can include, but are not limited to:

• Set up and operate automated production machinery

• Assist with machine changeovers, which includes installing and aligning tooling

• Monitor machinery and conduct regular quality checks

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Adhere strictly to all workplace health, safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Proven experience as a machine operator within the manufacturing industry

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine willingness to learn new technical skills

• Great attention to detail and quality control

• A team player with a "can-do" attitude who thrives under pressure
